Who This Policy Covers

This policy explains how UploadCrew handles information from website visitors, production inquiries, partner applicants, approved partners, and administrators using connected services. UploadCrew is responsible for the information it collects through this platform. Contact privacy@uploadcrew.com for privacy questions or requests.

Information We Collect

• Applications and accounts: name, username, contact email, selected partnership option, optional Google email and channel link, account status, and a record of the terms version accepted. Passwords are stored as password hashes, not readable passwords.
• Production inquiries: contact details, company or channel group, niche, target volume, format, language, timing, reference links, and the brief you submit.
• Workspace activity: channel URLs and identifiers, public channel statistics, assignment details, download clicks and timestamps, published-video links, review decisions, and operational audit records.
• Technical information: request and security information such as IP addresses, browser/request metadata, session identifiers, and error logs may be processed by the service or hosting provider. The application uses hashed identifiers to limit repeated login and application attempts.

How We Use Information

We use information to evaluate applications, respond to inquiries, operate accounts, deliver content, record publishing activity, show public performance, manage retention, prevent abuse, resolve problems, and meet obligations that apply to an engagement.

Where a legal basis is required, processing depends on the purpose: taking steps you request toward an agreement, performing an agreement, operating and securing the service for legitimate interests, complying with applicable obligations, or obtaining consent where needed. An inquiry does not automatically enroll you in marketing.

Google Connections & Limited Use

When an administrator connects Google, the requested authorization includes account identity/email, Google Drive access, and Google Sheets access. The Drive permission is broad; it is not limited by Google to a single folder. The application uses configured storage folders to locate and deliver assigned files, manage sharing, and apply the configured cleanup policy. Sheets connections synchronize operational partnership records.

Google authorization tokens are stored encrypted by the application. Access is used for these user-facing delivery and tracking features. UploadCrew does not sell Google-connected data, use it for advertising targeting, or use it to train generalized AI models. Access by people is limited to authorized operational support, security or legal needs, or your specific permission.

Use and transfer of Google API data must follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke authorization through your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not automatically remove records already stored; contact us to request their deletion.

Sharing & Service Providers

Authorized UploadCrew administrators can review partner, channel, assignment, and inquiry records. Partners receive access to their assigned workspace information. Hosting providers process website requests and stored application data. Google processes connected Drive and Sheets data; YouTube supplies public channel information. Operational records synchronized into a configured Sheet are accessible to people granted access to that Sheet.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when necessary to comply with a lawful request, protect people or the service, or act on your instructions. Service providers may process information outside your country; applicable protections depend on the provider and the laws that apply.

Cookies & Browser Storage

The website uses essential session and security cookies for login, application-status access, and protection against forged requests. These are needed for the relevant features. The current application does not install advertising pixels or third-party audience analytics on its public pages.

You can manage cookies in your browser. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in, form submission, or viewing the application status associated with your browser. Following external links subjects you to the destination’s own policies.

Retention & Security

We retain account, application, inquiry, and operational records for as long as needed for the relevant service, follow-up, security, dispute handling, or applicable obligations. The application does not automatically delete all personal records after a fixed period. You may request review or deletion of records no longer needed.

Assigned source videos are scheduled for deletion 24 hours after the first download click. This is a media-delivery rule, not a deletion deadline for your account or publishing history. Copies in backups or connected systems may persist until their retention cycle completes; we will explain relevant limitations when responding to a request.

Safeguards include HTTPS, password hashing, application access controls, and encryption of stored Google credentials. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not put passwords, identity documents, or unnecessary sensitive information in briefs or support messages.

Your Choices & Requests

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to use of personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to your local data-protection authority.

Email privacy@uploadcrew.com with your username or contact email and the request. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing account data. Deletion can be limited by obligations to preserve records; where that applies, we will explain the reason. Do not send your password.

The partnership is intended for adults aged 18 or over. If a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it. Material privacy changes will be reflected in this policy; new uses requiring consent will be presented before that use begins.
