Using UploadCrew
UploadCrew is a content production studio and publishing-partnership platform at uploadcrew.com. These terms cover the website, application process, and workspace. A separate written production order or partnership agreement sets the commercial terms for any engagement; that agreement takes priority where it addresses the same subject.
Use the service only if you are at least 18 and can enter into an agreement. Provide accurate information and use accounts and channels you are authorized to manage. Applying does not create employment, a legal joint venture, an agency relationship, or a promise of acceptance.
Applications & Workspace Access
Applications are reviewed before accounts are activated. Approval, available capacity, content assignments, and acceptance of a niche are not automatic. Keep your password private and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for actions taken through your account, subject to applicable law.
UploadCrew may restrict access for misuse, security concerns, breach of an agreed arrangement, or an ended engagement. Access removal does not cancel payment obligations already agreed or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Production Services
Bulk production begins only after scope and commercial terms are agreed in writing. The agreement should identify the niche, formats, quantity, delivery schedule, included materials, review process, revisions, licensing, fees, and cancellation or refund terms.
Published volumes of 100–1,000 videos per month describe requested project sizes, not reserved capacity or an unconditional delivery commitment. An inquiry is not an order and does not collect payment. There is no automatic subscription purchase through the application form.
Publishing Partnerships & Revenue
Both application options include assigned videos, thumbnails, and publishing materials. Production + Account includes a Google account arranged as part of the approved setup. Production + Your Account uses your own Google account. Partners manage publishing and submit accurate public video links.
“You Earn 35%” and “You Earn 50%” describe the partner’s share of eligible revenue under the applicable agreement. They are not a salary, fixed payment, or guarantee that revenue will exist. Before work begins, the written agreement must define eligible revenue, deductions, reporting, payment timing, payment method, account ownership, and each party’s responsibilities.
New application offers may change. A website update alone does not retroactively change an existing signed revenue agreement; changes to that arrangement must follow its agreed process.
Downloads & Retention
The video download link disappears after its first download click. That click starts a 24-hour source-video deletion schedule, even if the transfer is interrupted. Download promptly, verify the saved file, and keep your own copy. Contact support immediately if a download fails; restoration is not guaranteed after deletion.
Thumbnails and publishing materials may have different retention settings. The workspace is a delivery service, not a permanent archive. Operational records, submission history, and personal data follow the Privacy Policy.
Content Rights & Acceptable Use
Only supply briefs, footage, voices, images, logos, and other materials you have permission to use. Production rights, permitted publishing channels, exclusivity, and reuse permissions must be agreed for each engagement. A download or showcase preview does not itself grant unrestricted ownership, resale rights, or an exclusive license.
Do not redistribute assigned packages beyond the agreed license, impersonate people, submit false performance records, manipulate engagement, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful or infringing content. Follow YouTube and Google policies, including rules on monetization, copyright, and advertiser suitability.
Performance & Third Parties
YouTube alone determines channel eligibility, monetization, enforcement, and platform access. Public channel statistics may be delayed, rounded, incomplete, or unavailable. They are not YouTube Studio revenue reports or a payment statement.
Google Drive, YouTube, hosting, and other external services can change or interrupt access. UploadCrew is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google. Read the Financial Disclaimer before relying on any result or example.
Responsibility, Changes & Contact
We aim to provide accurate information and a functioning service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free statistics, monetization, or a particular business outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Specific service remedies and cancellation arrangements belong in your written agreement.
We may update these website terms and will identify the revised version here. Material changes affecting an ongoing engagement will be communicated through the contact details or workspace available to us. Contracting-party details and any applicable jurisdiction or dispute procedure must be supplied in the individual agreement before a paid engagement begins.
For service questions or legal notices, email support@uploadcrew.com. Include enough detail to identify your request without sharing passwords.
